Di arena Paris Motor Show, pabrikan berlomba memamerkan mobil yang irit BBM (Bahan Bakar Minyak). VW Misalnya mereka sudah memperkenalkan mobil yang konsumsi BBM 1:50! Gambar 1 dari 5 Mobil itu adalah Passat GTE. Ya memang belum seirit VW XL1 yang sanggup berlari dengan konsumsi BBM 1 liter mencapai seratusan kilometer, tetapi Passat GTE sudah siap untuk diproduksi massal. Pool/dok VW.
